PKR president Anwar Ibrahim said today that the party is prepared to face the 15th general election even if it were to be held next month, or even next year.<br /><br />This comes after rumours circulated that Parliament would be dissolved soon, following the tabling of Budget 2023 being pushed to Oct 7, three weeks earlier than initially scheduled.<br /><br />Earlier, when addressing a crowd of over 3,500 party members at the party’s GE15 convention, he said the party was drawing up strategies and finding new approaches for GE15.<br /><br />“This is the only party in the country where there is leadership and it is represented by two generations.<br /><br />“If someone asks me, what would happen if I ‘went away’, I’d say that the party is in good hands,” he said during his address at the convention held in Shah Alam on Saturday.
